Syracuse Jewish Family Service presents a virtual art sale of pieces from the 2024-2025 traveling showcase “Arts & Minds: A Showcase for Creative Aging” to benefit M-Power U (MPU) Arts and Minds: A Community for Early Memory Loss
All proceeds of this art sale will go into enhancing the programming of the MPU Arts and Minds Community. MPU participants have completed many exceptional pieces over the past year in various media, including sculpture, poetry, photography, mixed media, painting, and collage.

*The participants in SJFS’s Arts & Minds Community come together in this weekly 4-hour program to experience the unique variety of benefits the arts offer in the realms of physical, cognitive, and social-emotional health and wellbeing. This program works to empower their individuality, personal growth, independence, and coping skills. The group supports each other as they experience changes such as mild memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, and/or early-stage dementia, as well as the practical and emotional challenges that go along with them.
