We do what has to be done.

- Person-centric care – our experts in geriatric care management tailor care plans for each person, adjusting them as their life changes
- We facilitate connections and communications between older adults, caregivers, families, and providers to ensure high quality of care
We deliver our services and conduct our programs where our clients live, where they work, worship, and congregate, and on our campus at Menorah Park. We can help older adults continue to live in their community, and can help guide the discussion and decision making on the practical realities for a move – if and when questions of quality of life and safety make a move worth considering.

History
For over 125 years, the Syracuse Jewish Family Service has provided support for the Jewish community in Central New York.
